LEADERSHIP 5 Productivity tips entreprenuer need to know 1. Be productive and re-act fast. Productivity is all about reaction. Respond to emails, reacts towards conflicts, understand social media and react to new ideas. 2. Prioritize your work. If you have many plates spinning, prioritize them. 3. Communicate well. Break the mold. Speak from your heart. Even if it means letting people know what is not important. 4. Teamwork Its a failure if one does alll task by himself. Letting yourself overloaded is a weakest point in an entreprenuership. Create a team. 5. Deligate and reassign task. A leader always look at a big picture. Deligate task, lead and follow-up always. Reassign task when necessary.
